Delivery and Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@TrendWorldly.com or call us at +971-542502197. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for items that have been used, items damaged due to customer misuse, or custom-made products. All sales of these items are final. Additionally, returns are not accepted once items that require installation have been delivered and installed.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges:

The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Unfulfilled Orders:

If we are unable to fulfill an order within the promised timeframe, we will issue a refund to the customer. For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the same bank account used to place the order. For cash-on-delivery orders, our customer support team will contact the customer to obtain their bank account details, after which the refund will be processed accordingly.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days, depending on your bank. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 30 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@TrendWorldly.com.
